Gram-O-Rama 2023: Meat Prey Troll

Gram-O-Rama is a 40+ year UNC tradition. Students of ENGL 308 perform comedy sketches that use wordplay, word power, linguistic acrobatics, the elasticity of syntax, and the profundity of the absurd and incongruous to explore the music of language and the collusion of sense and nonsense. This year’s performance, Gram-O-Rama: Meat Prey Troll, is an hour-long show that is guaranteed to be like nothing you’ve ever seen before or will ever see again (unless you see it twice). Watch the best of the best student-written sketches that aim to teach you the fundamentals of grammar while making you giggle!
On December 5, an on-campus performance of Gram-O-Rama: Meat Prey Troll will be held at Hanes Art Center at 7 pm. Can’t make it? Don’t worry! There will be a second performance in Durham at Mettlesome Theater on December 9 at 7:30. Admission is free, but laughter is required.
