In the final graduate student seminar of the 2021-2022 Critical Speaker Series, Dr. Kornbluh invites UNC graduate students from any department to participate in her seminar: “Antitheory: Immediacy Style in the Ruins of the University.” This will be an in-person event held in Greenlaw Hall’s Donovan Lounge! Dr. Kornbluh is eager to work with UNC grad students. This is an exciting opportunity to dialogue with Dr. Kornbluh about her most recent research interests: impersonality, objectivity, mediation, and abstraction as residual faculties of the literary in privatized urgent times.Seminar attendees are especially encouraged to attend a dinner with Dr. Kornbluh and other interested graduate students. If you would like to reserve a space at this dinner, please email Jordan Williamson (wjordanw@live.unc.edu) as soon as possible.Readings for this seminar will be posted very soon on the seminar’s Eventbrite page, so stay tuned!
